Updated hygiene reappointment percentage formula
The formula is now more accurate, taking into account several different factors. Breakdown of reappointment percentage by provider is currently being debugged and will be available in the provider analytics portal in the next few weeks.
New appointment confirmation options
There are now two options for appointment confirmations:
Reminder 14 days before and ask to confirm
Reminder 2 days before and ask to confirm only if it wasn’t confirmed on the 14 day message
(to prevent over-texting patients)

NEW
2 days before as a reminder (Hi patient, it’s office, just a reminder that you have an appointment on Wednesday, March 2 at 9:00AM.) if they have confirmed previously.
(To address the people who confirmed but then still forgot.)
Some patients will complain no matter what (I get too many texts…I don’t get enough texts…) and these options will now let you choose which complaint you would like to receive. 🙂
